Stefan Alman
Personal Training // Strength & Conditioning
Head trainer at Strive. Stefan is a strength and conditioning graduate with over 8 years of experience. He specialises in body recomposition and hyrox. Passionate about perfecting technique and his attention to detail; he is all about training smart and delivering results.

Brendan Ramagge
Personal Training // Strength & Conditioning
Brendan is a Sport & Exercise Science graduate and has a masters degree in Strength & Conditioning. Brendan's experience lies predominantly in the sports performance space, where he has worked with athletes across various sports.
Brendan brings his coaching experience to Strive applying his unique traits to each session.

Nigel Wink
Personal Training // Strength & Conditioning
Nigel is a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor, with experience in various gyms across the UK. He is a Strength and Conditioning graduate and and holds a UKSCA trainer qualification. With a keen attention to detail Nigel embodies what Strive is about.

Marisa Grech
Yoga Instructor
Marisa qualified as a Yoga Instructor in Bali in 2017. Her style leans towards vinyasa power flow where she will take you on an uplifting journey connecting the mind, body and breath. Catch Marisa at our flow classes.

Elka Hanglin
Personal Training // Nutritionist
Personal trainer and nutritionist. With over 11 years of experience, she's all about sustainability. She believes in training smartly, not excessively. Her motto: "just move and nourish your body in ways that make you feel good".

Alexandra Martinez
Gym Instructor Trainee
Alexandra is currently completing her Gym Instructor qualification and is passionate about helping others improve their fitness, strength and overall wellbeing. With experience in management and leadership, she brings strong communication and organisational skills to her role. In the future, Alexandra hopes to specialise in pre- and post-natal fitness, as well as supporting older adults to stay strong, active and confident.
